The clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the surrounding areas. I also loved the beautiful cafe-garden, where I could relax under the shade of trees. The free parking behind the hotel was a convenient perk. Additionally, the breakfast, although limited in choices, provided enough quality food to start the day off right.

Most of the hotel staff didn't speak english. The locals who dominate the hotel bar behave like they've never seen a foreign woman before.

Easy to find,very comfortable and quiet hotel in a very good area, ideal for excursion in the nature or for visiting this interesting region (beautiful monasteries,wonderful nature,Plav Lake and so on) ,for having rest,ideal if you love the mountains and wonderful panoramas. The proprietor and the staff are the most hospital,courteous and helpful people.

That the hotel did not have a mini-fridge in the room, which would have been helpful to have for keeping our drinks and snacks cool. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and easy to navigate around. There was a secured parking lot for our car and the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. the food was freshly prepared and delicious, especially the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were quite small and cramped and the bathroom was not very clean. the air conditioning was not working well and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat.
